Each piece is handmade, especially for you.
Please note that there are two time frames to consider before your order arrives:
Processing Time
Made-to-order pieces are created by hand after the order is placed, so please allow time for your jewelry to be created, finished, and carefully packed.
Made-to-order pieces: up to 21 business days
Pieces marked "Ready to ship": dispatched within 1–3 business days
Shipping Time
After your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated shipping times:
- Israel: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–21 business days
- USA: 7–21 business days
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- Australia: 10–25 business days
- New Zealand: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
