If you've received your order and changed your mind, you can request a cancellation or return within 14 days, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law.

The piece is returned to our studio, and once it's received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a sizing error on our part.

Custom pieces

Pieces made especially for you on request, or in a special size not offered on the site, may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, as permitted by law.

Received a defective or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.

Ring size exchanges

If your ring doesn't fit, contact us and we'll check together whether an exchange or resizing is possible.

Please include your order number, and for a defect or error, a clear photo of the piece.
